What I offer

My work is always tailor-made, aligned with the specific needs at hand. For startups, scale-ups, and (semi-)government organizations, we explore together what is needed; based on that, we agree on an hourly rate or a fixed fee. For (starting) entrepreneurs, I have designed various journeys and programs with a clear investment and a visible return on investment. The exact form can always adapt to what arises, or to my intuition,  because my goal is simple: to give you exactly what you need to grow.

From core to growth

Every entrepreneur carries a unique story within. Once you uncover that essence and translate it into a strong strategy, flow and growth naturally follow. My offerings range from short-term journeys to a year-long transformation, always tailored to where you are now and how deep you wish to go.

A year-long transformation from idea to fully soulful business, rooted in your essence. 

  • Kick-off day in nature with Forest Bathing as the starting point
  • 12 months of guidance (approx. 2 sessions per month)
  • Phases: Roots (essence), Trunk (structure/offer), Branches (visibility), Seeds (growth & regeneration)
  • Regular nature sessions and Forest Bathing woven into the journey
  • Integrated storytelling, positioning, content strategy & business fundamentals
  • Closing with a presentation/ritual to empower your business

  • Intake + questionnaire (preparation)

  • Analysis of core story, positioning, and communication

  • 2-hour feedback session (in person or online)

  • Concrete advisory document with recommendations

  • Preparatory assignment

  • Full day (6–7 hours) in nature or in the studio, including a Forest Bathing session to ground deeply

  • Morning: uncovering core values & story

  • Afternoon: translating into positioning, communication & visibility

  • Visual strategic overview

  • 1 follow-up call (1 hour)

An intensive 2–3 month journey in which your brand foundation is firmly established and brought to life.

  • 4–6 sessions of 2 hours (in person or online)
  • Methods: deep listening, storytelling, biomimicry
  • At least 1 session in nature with Forest Bathing as an anchor for insight and creation
  • Assignments & feedback in between sessions
  • Essence Narrative Blueprint as the final result
  • Immediately applicable to your website, socials, and offerings

  • Monthly 90-minute session (alternating in person/online)

  • Every in-person session includes an element of Forest Bathing to reconnect with your essence
