In a single session, you’ll gain clear insight into your core, story, and growth opportunities. You’ll receive a sharp analysis and a concrete advisory document with recommendations.
One-Day Essence Immersion
A transformative day in nature or another inspiring setting near the forest, including a Shinrin-Yoku session (Forest Bathing). Together, we’ll uncover your essence and translate it into strategy. You’ll go home with a clear overview and a follow-up call for deeper integration.
Deep Dive Journey
Over the course of two to three months, we’ll build the foundation of your brand, with space for in-depth sessions in nature and in my practice at Stories in Utrecht. Shinrin-Yoku / Forest Bathing serves as an anchor, and you’ll receive a complete blueprint as the final result.
Essence Flow (6 months)
Bi-weekly sessions (in person or online) with Shinrin-Yoku / Forest Bathing as a grounding rhythm create flow and growth. In between, I provide support, and every two months we evaluate your course together.
From Seed to Business Year Program
A year-long transformation from idea to soulful business, beginning with Shinrin-Yoku and moving with the rhythm of the seasons. You’ll journey through the phases from roots to growth and close with a powerful ritual.

My approach is inspired by the life cycle of the Baobab: a powerful tree, deeply rooted, standing strong, branching outward, and bearing fruit.

I help people and brands discover their essence and bring it to life in a story that touches, inspires, and moves others. With my analytical skills, I quickly see what is needed, connect strategy with execution, and effortlessly turn ideas into action. I bring clarity, energy, and direction and I know how to inspire and guide both people and teams. Always with an eye for the bigger picture as well as the finer details.
My love for nature, stories, and cultures has been a red thread throughout my life. From studying Biology, Human Movement Sciences, and Marketing, to building an international fashion brand and leading teams at home and abroad, the central question has always been how to create connection and spark movement. Today, I find energy in working with entrepreneurs, organizations, and individuals who want their story to be heard and in discovering with them how that story can become not only commercially valuable, but above all meaningful and human.
